explicit premise 显性前提
e.g.The explicit premise of non-nuclear proliferation treaty was that in return for the pledges of non-nuclear powers not to develop nuclear weapons, the existing nuclear powers would dismental theirs.

implicit premise 隐含前提
e.g. The implicit premise of the book is that early exprience has profound impact on child's subsequent development.
